My windshield washer has not worked for 2 weeks due to below-freezing temperatures here in the Northeast. Yesterday it got well above freezing and it started working again. So far this is the only problem I've had with my '08 2.5 6MT, but it's really annoying. Anybody have any tips on preventing this from happening?

Get the winter-ready windshield washer fluid, perhaps? We get down to -30 up here and it's rarely a problem...

Use the fluid rated for -30 or lower. You won't have a problem. My old car used to freeze up, so far the A/C hasn't, so blame the fluid not the car.

Thanks for the replies. I'm off to Wally World to get some decent windshield washer fluid!
