windshield washer fluid

The windshield washer fluid only comes up about half-way up the windshield...this has been happening since i bought the rogue 7 months agoanyone know a fix for this???ill probably mention this to the dealer when i take it in for the recalls(still haven't got my letter though)2009 SL AWD

The jets are actually a small stainless steel ball in a socket which makes them adjustable. Have the dealer take a look at it and adjust them if necessary.

I find the jets on mine are set just about perfect from the factory. I did however re-aim one of them to better cover passenger side windshield as there was always a smear in the middle. BTW, I used a thin piece of stainless steel wire inserted into the jet. A paper clip might work too if it's not too flexible.

harryg, I wouldn't worry about waiting for the recall letter. Just call the number listed in those threads and give them your VIN. The CSR should be able to tell you if your Rogue is included. I haven't received a letter either but I called and was told my Rogue should be brought in for the steering column gear thing. Strangely enough, I did receive the letter yesterday for the CVT rattle. Not sure why I'd receive one and not the other.
