Windshield Troubles

So since driving in the rain, i notice hazing and scratches on the exterior of my windshield....... any ideas? wipers and rain x dont help worth s***. and it seems like some kind of oily or greasy substance.... ive used claybar and grease remover and glass cleaner to no avail.

this is new to me, try bug/tar remover or a razor blade????

Gunna try it when my tint guy gets here... use his razoor blades but i doubt itll work.... f*** i think i might go to the dealership and see if i can get it warrantied O.o

If it looks scratched and hazy there is glass polish that can be used to clean it and remove the scratches. I dont think Nissan would do anything about it.
