Hello All..
Does anybody have any recommendations for a windshield sunshield that has a nice snug fit to a 2007 M45? Everything I'm seeing is too big.

Those things are a pain. Tint your windshield or tint it with UV protectant clear tint. My windshield is 50% tinted and cops in NY (which is notoriously anti-tint) have never even asked me about it on 2 cars.

I have one that I purchased on Ebay and it fits perfectly. I believe the brand is coverking and it was specific to M34/45. I think I paid about $45 for it. However, I recently had to get the rear windscreen re-tinted due to wrinkles from age and a cheap quality tint that was on it when I bought the car. They replaced the rear tint with the latest ceramic film.
Whilst I was there, I had them do the front windscreen with a new type of clear film called air-80. It's a nano-ceramic clear film that cuts heat by 1/2 and UV rays by 95%. It is amazing. Even at high noon with the car parked and facing direct sunlight, I get inside and the dash / steering wheel is barely luke-warm. Even the inside of the windscreen is =only slightly warm to the touch. The air/con is immediately freezing cold since the vents didn't get hot from the sun.
It's a bit pricey ($150) but guaranteed forever even I scratch it myself. Because it's colorless, it's 100% legal.
Here is a video about it that I found online:

I'm planning to do that to my windshield as well. In these southern states we live in it would help out a lot. Also would help once I get my new dashboard installed.

I have had that on several cars... I have a Rx for 30% tint to bypass any legal hassles, but honestly, the clear stuff is awesome.
