hey how do you reseal the weatherstripping for the windshield.
i took it to a body shop to get a patch panel made and put in because i had some bad rust up by hte windshield and when they put it back in the sealed it worst than a 3 year old could..
so how can i fix it... is it just push back in.... or how is it?

Take it back to the shop and tell them that they get to buy you new molding and put it in. I replaced my front windshield and they told me that it would be ALMOST impossible to get the stock windsheild moulding out and get it to seal again. I told them to just replace it with a new one. Also, if they tell you that they have to use the nissan moulding, they are full of ****. There is a different one that will work just as well. Try and take it to a Hardings Glass if you have one. They do the best work in my area. They have a great warrenty too. Good luck!

Sorry, I know this is an old post, but I searched and this was all I can find, is this true that I cannot take off my windshield moulding, it cracked and parts of it are falling off, so I figured I could just rip it out and replace it for a lot cheaper than the stores, has anyone done this before? help me, before it starts to rain again.
