Windshield leaking- cost of repair?

My s13's windshield is leaking from the driver's upper corner. The glass isn't broken, its the seal thats around the windshield that's worn out. Is there any way to fix it myself, or do I have to bring it to a professional body shop to get it fixed?

If I'll be paying someone to do the job right the first time and not have to worry about it, how much would it cost?

I used something called marine goop and put that around the interior where it was leaking...

then outside I put some clear silicon and let that dry...

No more leaking..
