WIndshield help?

OK like i bought this car and its great but i turned on the windshield wipers during the summer and it left these crazy *** marks in the windshield that I cant figure out how to get off. Ive used glass cleaner but that doesnt work. I guess ill have to get it buffed out? Is that even an option? Any ideas on how to get these marks out would be helpfull.

btw they are thin marks dont relaly look like scratches but they bug the fuk outta me
