Windshield fix?

This pebble bounced off my windshield and it left a tiny chip/crack. Is there some kind of a fix, or preventive thing I can do to stop it from spreading?

You can have small stuff filled in for a lot cheaper than replacing the windshield.

The cost of a windshield depends on your insurance deductible, which could even be waived by your insurance company.

There is couple ofplace they fix things like that. You can get probably somebody come to you also to do it. They do a good job. I've seen my co workers windshield get repaired in the parking lot. It was cool.

You can probably search on the net (windshield repair)or just go to your dealer. They usually have a phone number for this and dent removal guys too.

I've had a chip fixed on one of my cars for $40. You can check with just about any car dealer to see who they use. They have someone come out and fix the used cars.

I had my 05 sedan windshield replaced for around $260....I called around for prices and let them know it was coming out of my pocket. I think I went with glass doctors.
