The washer pumps are quite small and are somewhat simple to replace. For easiest access, you would need to remove the front passenger wheel well trim (the piece of trim closest to the front of the vehicle). Once you remove the trim you should be able to see the two pumps located on the rear of the washer tank. I'm not sure how the pumps are mounted to the tank but I'm sure they are simple to remove. If you were to take the vehicle to a mechanic/dealer it should be no more than 2 hours of labor (depending on if they remove the wheel, if they access it through the wheel well, etc.). It could take as little as one hour of labor.
