Can anyone tell me what is involved in installing new windshield washer pumps (front and rear) for my 2001 QX4?....or what labor should be if i took it to a mechanic?

Thank you.

The washer pumps are quite small and are somewhat simple to replace. For easiest access, you would need to remove the front passenger wheel well trim (the piece of trim closest to the front of the vehicle). Once you remove the trim you should be able to see the two pumps located on the rear of the washer tank. I'm not sure how the pumps are mounted to the tank but I'm sure they are simple to remove. If you were to take the vehicle to a mechanic/dealer it should be no more than 2 hours of labor (depending on if they remove the wheel, if they access it through the wheel well, etc.). It could take as little as one hour of labor.

Know any places to get the tank? My fluid just drains straight out.

Doesnt mean you need a new tank. The 2 motors (one for rear wiper and front) are on the bottom backside of the tank, and simply push and pull out with a wiring harness to each. The rubber seal around the motor could be pinched or torn and is just leaking.

Dont buy parts before figuring out where the water is coming from.

My problem is not with the tank...It is that no washer fluid gets from the tank to the windshield...is it possible the lines are clogged rather than the pump being broken...If so, how would I check for this?
