The topic pretty much explains what my problem is.
The only way for it to stop is if i turn off the car and then turn it back on. It only does it sometimes not all the time so what can it be?

Windsheld wiper is going crazy and wont stop
Interesting, I've had a similar problem with my wipers- If I switch to intermittent, ithey sometimes go intermittently, sometimes stop completely, sometimes go as if on regular speed. Varying the intermittent sometimes changes things, sometimes doesn't. I wonder if these are just symptoms of some blown fuse or relay??

Mine goes crazy also. Do you have pics of this green box you speak of?
