windsheild wiper not making contact on pass side

The wiper dose not make contact on the far right side due to the cruve of the windsheild. Is this common or do I need to try and increase the spring tension of the arm

Increase it by bending the skinny part of the arm forward towards the window. To do this, lift it off the windsheild and bend it forward.
