Windows wont work!

So I was driving and I turned my headlights on and the instrument cluster went crazy for a second then went normal. Also when I parked the headlights did not turn off like they are supposed to do when I exit the vehicle. Now my windows will not work. Unlock/lock works along with the sunroof. Any ideas?

Well the problem fixed itself but when I was about to leave again I had no electricity as if the battery was completely dead. I popped the hood and jiggled the wire and it worked, althought it was a tight fit. Also I noticed my amplifier fuse box was partially melted that could be it.
