I HAVE 2004 MAX AND THE WINDOWS WONT GO UP OR DOWN & POWER DOOR LOCKS WONT WORK. I DONT SEE FUSE FOR EITHER, ANY ONE NO WHATS UP.

Double check your owners manual, it sounds like a fuse. If there is no fuse designsted for the windows/locks, start pulling and checking fuses, one by one. When you are done checking all the fuses, if you don't find a burnt one, post back.

Also check to see if the window/lock controls work from any other door panels (besides driver).
