Had a dead battery and took it to get charged up. After installing I would have to hold the window buttons for them to go up. The sunroof I have to keep pushing to the button until it opens or close completely, one push and it moves about 2 inches. Any thoughts?

Open everything, then one by one close while HOLDING the button for 10 seconds (even after close). This should have come up in your search.
