Windows and sunroof just stopped

Right after I got the car back from being swapped to a 5spd, my windows and sunroof misteriously stopped working all together. I have no idea why. I checked the fuses and they are fine. I dont have any idea why swapping trannies and stuff would effect the windows and sunroof. Does anyone have any idea as to what might be wrong?

check fuse links under hood. did you disconnect anything under the dash when you did the trans swap?

Nope. It was a type or relay thing actually. I took it to Nissan and they fixed it. was only 4 bucks, so I dont care. It is fixed, thats all that matters. Thanks for the help
