I went to look in my downloads folder yesterday and I get a box that says:
C:\Users\Chris\Downloads is not accessible
The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

I've scheduled chkdsk to run countless times and it will not run. I've done chkdsk /f in cmd and scheduled it and it still won't run. I've booted in safe mode and tried to schedule it, still nothing. I made a repair disc when I first installed Windows 7 and tried to run the chkdsk utility from the command prompt that way, and it still won't run. I'm stuck. Anyone know what I can do to get chkdsk to run to repair my drive? Thanks everyone!

EDIT: I finally got it to work. Nevermind! :slap:

I run W7HP, and could encounter this problem. How did you fix it?
