window won't go down.

i got the car back from my 5 speed swap and my passenger side window stopped working. it worked the day i got my swap but dead the next day =(. you think its from the wiring? or just a coincedence. just want an opinion before i open up my doors and check the motor on it. thanks nistech

also the lighting for my speedometer went out. iono why... all the lights work for like left signal, gas, door, seatbelt, etc. just the mph,gas,heat lights r gone. i replaced them and still the asme problem and i tried another cluster and the problem still occurs. its ween awhile now since its been like this. thanks

the trans wiring wont affect your window, probably motor or regulator.

Check your dimmer switch, there is a tiny bulb in there that is in series with the rest of the lights, if that bulb burns out all the lights go dead, though check all your fuses before attemting to do either of the 2 repairs.

is the dimmer bulb the top left bulb (if looking at the back of the cluster)

edit: nevermind found it thanks the cluster lights works now. now ill fix the window tomorrow.
