Window Troubles

I own a 95' Q45t and recently my front passenger side window stopped rolling up. I still hear the motor when I push the button so I know thats not dead, maybe the window came off the tracks. I removed the door panel but still couldn't get at the window. Has anyone else has this problem, or does anyone have any idea how to fix it without bringing it in to the dealership?

you need a window regulator
