window seal?

Car: a '94 nissan 240sx SE convertable with manual swap.

on the ragtop itself, on the metal frame on either side. theres 2 rubber seals that when the top is down the widows set into. i was wondersing what they are called so that i may get me some new ones, the Fay storm in florida showed me that i need to replace them.

actually all there rubber sealing around all the windows i need, there are some that are torn and the others seem too short and i dont have any good seals and rain gets in.
