Thanks, that's a great solution. But instead, after I loosened the screws holding the regulator/motor to the frame I was able to wiggle things so that I could squeeze down and reach the easier screw with a small ratchet/socket. For the more difficult to reach screw (towards the front of the door frame), I cut a small rectangular opening through the blocking frame metal with a cutter wheel on my Dremel. Then I could reach the screw with a short extension on my 1/4" ratchet.
