Whats up guys I need a bit of assistance.

As some of you know Im "trying" to replace the stock orange LEDs to Blue to match my interior. The first thing I started with was my passanger side windows/locks.

I did it and my now everytime I turn on my car and try to roll down my windows it wont go down. However if I click the windows lock ON and then click OFF the window will then go down....

Only problem is it does this everytime I start the the car the window wont go down and I have to try the same proceedure......

Im thinking I may have the pull the battery to reset it, any suggestions???

Thanks

Wont go down at all.... which is very weird.. agreed.

But then once I push the window lock on and off it goes up and down... so somehow i must have hit something so that it starts on window lock even if the window lock button isnt pushed???

Im really confused on this

s*** I read that wrong, I thought you meant the door lock. As far I can imagine the window lock is just a cutoff/on switch. The only thing I can think of to make it only work after being disengaged and then engaged again would be if something is in the way of its mechanics. Honestly, I would just take it apart and put it all back together again. Obviously test it before you put it ALL the way back.

Very weird...

haha its cause you disconnected your battery.

press the window all the way down and then all the way up and the HOLD it there for 8 seconds, this "rests" the window auto up down

ohh you mind telling me how to change the lights in there too?? i changed the gauges but iono how to change those lights and the radio and the computer screen inside the gauges, is it the same concept??

Yo DReed definitely knows how to reset the window auto function, thats what I was clowning on him up top about. This kid has more lights in his car than I do in my house, hes disconnected the battery before. Its something else for sure.

You need to buy a solder sucker my dude! For real, its like a spring loaded plunger. You push down and it clicks loaded. Then heat your solder and push a button on the sucker and it pops back up and sucks the hot solder off.
