Car: 94 Pontiac Transam, 92 Nissan 240sx

I have problem with my driver side window on 92 240SX SE. The window motor is running but the window is only goes down and never goes up. It even goes down if I push it downward without touching the power window switch. Can anyone teach me how to fix this?

Replace the motor. Also do a search this has been covered multiple times.
