Window problem please help

On my 99 q45t the front window and lock wont work, when i press the unlock button or the window up down button ther is this electrical sound coming from the window switch, I just bought a new window modual and its still buzzing and wont work, I hooked the window motor to a power supply and it worked, so its not the window motor or the modual, does anyone have any clue of what it might be. Thanks in advance
