window problem need help asap

my both side power window and locks is not working when i replace the starter

Have you checked the fuses? there are some under the drivers side kick panal and some by the battery under the hood. I'm not sure where the window/pdl fuses are though.

Just an idea.

do you hear anything as you try to lock the door or move the windows?

if the windows dont go down when you replace doorlock switch, then you need a new regulator. junkyards have them for 25 bucks. lock mechanism I dont know.
