For quick reference, roll it down, but continue to hold the button for 3-5 seconds after it is completely down, and do the same going up. I think you only have to do it once each direction for each window. Either way, it only takes a couple minutes.
Good thing it's a Nissan. I had work done on my Jetta (at the dealer) back in the day and my auto up/down NEVER WORKED AGAIN. What a piece.
