window off track

hey guys, I got a friend with an 02 altima with a problem on the driver side window, all other windows operate fine.

Its not so clear in the manual how to remove the black inner door panel to get to the window tracks and the motor. I got all the screws off the black inner door plate and it still won't come off. Is it just stuck or are there rivets holding it in place?
