window motor.

Does anyone know how i can get my window back up? I rolled it about half way down and now the motor has died and it wont go back up. I try to push it up but it wont budge. And i cant remove the window from the regulator because the screws are behind the door?

What about this? Ok my front passenger motor is dead but the regulator is still good, cables are still in place and whatnot. The rear passenger is the opposite. The motor is good but the regulator cable got tangled and broke. So, is it possible to put the motor from the rear door onto the front one or are they different?
