Window motor/amp Help and need a shop other than dealership ASAP

okay when i bought my s14, the drivers side window always had a problem in which it lagged like about 8 sec to work.Today after work, it finally died on me and now my window is wide opened and STUCK.I have to go to work tomorrow...and many places but need a shop to go to take care of this problem before i head off.

I dont want to go to the NIssan Dealership unless i have to.......are there any types of shops i can go to such as audio or electrical car shops?

if its your amp thats f***ed and not your motor, a temp fix to at least get your window up

1) yank off your door panel 2) find the clip for the wires going DIRECTLY to the motor (the wires connecting the amp to motor) and undo it3) use a car battery or something with the same voltage and get a wire or something from the positive and the negative and just stick it into the clip. if it doesnt roll the window up, reverse the way you stuck the wires in

this should hopefully at least get your window up in the meantime. and this is just going from an s13, dunno what its like in a s14.
