I have searched but no answer and need to know before i get jipped or school startsAnyways my window is stuck rolled down drivers side...so pretty much anyone can jack my s***...as i can roll it back up.

This is fine for now as i have a garage at home and at work its gated....Anyways I was wondering if 95 window motor/amps work for a 96....

Also when i press the up or down button, i believe i hear the motor working..but it doesnt operate =[

i just mainly need to know if 95 window amp/regulator/motors work for a 96thanks

Almost 100% certain that the window motors for the 95-98 are all the same. I am in teh middle of ordering one for my 98. My passenger side quite working, luckily in the up position.

Changing them out can be a bit of a chore, but not to awful bad. If you hear it working, but not moving the window, it could be off track some. I had that happen in an old Ford Probe of mine. It might be worth it to pull the door panel and check this before shelling out the money for a new motor.

are you sure it's the motor or amp? my window had a similar problem and it ended up being the regulator, which is the big a** rail system the window slides on. it gets jammed and the window doesn't move, even though the motor is fine.

Also when I did my research on that, I heard that the regulator is more prone to failure than the motor anyway.

95's have amps that are interchangeable with s13's. 96-98 have the amps built into the switch assembly.
