window molding question- yes i searched

i need to remove my window moldings. i did a search but nothing that helped. the only one i found that helped, the pictures won't show up. can someone either repost it or just tell me how to take em off before i paint?

by the way, do you know if once its taken off, do i need some sort of sealant to put it back on or does it just clip on. i'm assuming the rear, the window comes off as well right?
