Is there a way for the window lock button to prevent everyone EXCEPT the driver from operating windows?
Why does it lock out the driver too? That's silly, PITA.

For example, I want it to disable the rear window buttons (eg, dogs) but meanwhile I still want to control my own front windows.
The driver should be special. My previous car (Lincoln) did that.
Instead, Infiniti forces me to unlock them all just to operate my own window, then re-lock.
If the dogs happened to step on their back-seat window buttons, I gotta unlock and close them all over again.
It's a frequent problem. Grrr.

Makes sense..lol. Maybe it can be changed with the consult software.

DIY Solution:
This metal strip slips under the rear window switch, to prevent usage by dogs.
Humans can remove the metal strip to operate windows. No window lockouts (w/ angry front passenger) needed.

Nice work, but I agree the car should just be wired more intelligently from the factory.
