Window dropping when locking car.

Hi everyone.Need some help down under in Australia. I have a A32 99 Maxima and sometimes when we lock the car with the remote the passenger, driver or both windows go down about an inch.

Any ideas on how to repair?

The instruments sometimes also do funny things. Like the speedo will get stuck on a certain speed. The temp gauge goes to hot and a couple of other funny things. Not sure if the instruments and the windows are connected. The instruments have only had this problem a couple of times and haven't seen it happen since.

Windows dropping is supposed to happen. If you hold the unlock button, the front windows roll down. Just press it quickly to unlock. If it's rolling them down without holding the button, you might need to open the remote and clean it out...maybe the contacts are sticking or something.

If multiple gauges are behaving oddly, you might need a new gauge cluster. Definitely not connected to the windows, though.
