window crackling problem

hey guys

my 95 240 has a problem (and im deciding to fix it now). it seems as if the front of the window sits lower then the rear so when the window goes down from fully up position it crackles like something was breaking or something and then goes down fine. (same symptoms on both sides)

if i dont go part the way down with the windows then when going up and as the window reaches the top it also crackles. i can tell the front edge of the window is slightly lower (not lined up perfectly)

if i go all the way down and then up then it seals perfectly without excessive noises

anyone got an idea what to look for? im gonna go take my door apart now

ok so i took the panel off and looked at the screws holding the window in to the rail... they were loose as hell so i tightened them and problem fixed

ok ill post another problem here

now i noticed that my drivers side window motor makes some noise when the window is going up, does that mean its dying?

on the way down theres no noise, on the way up every 1 sec interval is a lil creak sound
