window auto up issue

every time i auto up the passenger side window, it goes up to the top...and comes back down about 3 inches. It is pulled back down by the mechanism. anyone else have this happen?

what is it?how do i fix it?

Window lost is limit switch setting. You need to reset it. Remove the interior door panel and find the little black got in the middle of the motor mount. If the stick on dot is there remove it other wise push the button in and use the manual function of the switch to roll the window to the top, release the switch then release the button. Push the button again and use the manual feature to put the window all the way down. release the switch then release the button. Now manually put the window all the way up. Then auto down,then auto up. Should be fixed.
