Winding noise when it's 0 vaccum and spooling up

My car recently make some werid winding Noise, I thought my T3 Gasket was bad so I changed it out , the noise still there , I hope it's not my turbo cuz I got it Brand new it's a T3/T4 .50 A/R . what other reason could create this noises?

maybe it's a bent fin?

I checked the Fins, they are perfect.... it does pull hard under 3400rpm.

I don't know for sure what you're talking about...Maybe you could record this sound, and post it up.

the noise might be coming from you speakers (alternator wine) are you sure its coing off the turbo itself

Oh yeah, I ha that happen to me when I was NA... I thougt I went crazy and had spool up noises without a turbo. turn your stereo off and see if you still have the noise. I mean completely off, not just volume down. This happens often when you relocate the battery, or pull a large wire to a sub amp in the trunk. the engine rmps are what affects the pitch since the current travels through your speaker wires as they are getting noise from the main power wires in the car.
