I haven't noticed a lot of wind noise (except yesterday, but it was 35-40 mph wind), but, I have noticed the seals don't stay on very well. The seal on the back driver side door is coming off.

i think i read on nissanversa.org's FAQs that the driver side door, in some have a dent in the body of the door, causing more noise.

i wonder if mine does.

I actually don't experience much noise at all. Even when I have the windows down on the highway, I find that the wind moves around the car rather than coming through the window. So the radio doesn't have to be turned up that high. Here's that excerpt from NissanVersa.org

"Q) There is an awful lot of wind noise on my Versa, particularly at 40mph or more; this noise comes from only one side of the car.A) On a few Versas that we have seen, there have been some dented door panels put on cars at the Aguascalientes plant. This dent is small, and it is centered on the hole in the door on which the side mirror is mounted. We do not believe either the dent or the use of dented doors is intentional, and this complaint has not been found recently so we also believe that Nissan has corrected the problem. In any case, this dent causes a slight gap between the mounting of the mirror and the door surface, and the noise you hear is wind rushing into this gap. Take the vehicle to your Nissan dealer, it should be corrected under warranty.

This problem is not dangerous, simply annoying. "

I had to tighten my driver side mirror. I think this may be where a dent occured in production. It went away afterwards. I'd check all the weatherstripping around the door seals to make sure they are in place. Otherwise, I do notice that aerodynimcially, this car isn't the best withcorsswinds. It doesn't get tossed around as much as my '03 Toyota Corolla did, but it does get a little noisy.

Funny I noticed this on mine about 5 minutes ago then came on here to find this post. Gonna bring it to the dealer's attention next visit.
