It was a beautiful day outside today, so I had the sunroof open. Have you guys noticed there is a lot of wind noise when you open the sunroof? My camry is pretty quiet. The 530i I traded in was petty quiet as well.

They do sell those spoilers but I don't like them myself.

We've had many vehicles with sunroofs over the years. The wind noise from our 2009 is orders of magnitude louder than any other. Almost unbearable at highway speeds.

It really is a problem at highway speeds. Honestly I end up closing the sunroof as soon as I get on the highway, or turn up the volume on the radio. It kinda sucks, but what can you do?

Not unusual at speed. All of our previous SUV's were like that, the Mo isn't unique. We just closed the roof when hitting the highway.

to me its unusually noisy even at lower speeds, 30-35 mph... never had a car w/ a hole in the roof before though, so maybe its just me lol

No one mentions if they have a wind deflector installed or not. My '04 had lots of wind noise before i installed one. They change the smooth lines of the top but makes the sunroof usable at higher speeds. It really, really makes a difference.
