Wind deflector for sun roof

I was wondering about the advantages/disadvantages of installing a wind deflector for the sunroof on my 2009 G37S coupe. When I looked around at the dealer, I noticed that most of the similar cars did not have the wind deflector. Is it available for this car? Would the aesthetics of adding it outweigh the noise advantage?

Welcome to NICO!!

I think it's a personal preference thing...some probably don't like the look of it. I have noticed that my 09 sedan sunroof is louder than my 05 coupe when open. But I really don't have my sunroof open all the way very often so it doesn't bother me.
