Hi im looking for rx7 injectors to use with my new kat set up. I found a guy selling injectors from an 89 rx7 S5 turbo motor. He says they also have a purple top. What cc are these injectors? are they still the 460cc? will these be plug and play with my motor? Can I use these injectors? thanks

I dono about the 1889 horseless-carriage model RX7 fuel injectors, but the 1989 one's may fit.

Sorry, that wasn't helpful, just couldn't resist the typo in the title

I am running them right now, they fit. Just have a rubber mallet / something to uh..tap....the fuel rail with to get them in there. And take out the little rings that sit in the intake manifold out and put them on the tip, they need to be wiggled on, I couldn't just push it while it was sitting in there.

those are 550cc I believe. FC turbos use 550cc and most FC NA use 460cc.

hmm can safc 1 (the digital one) control 550 cc injectors?? also the guy is saying the fc purple top injectors are top feed. is this true?? If this is true, then how can the ka24e use them, since they are side feed?

KA-E is top feed. KA-DE is side feed.

Heres a spreadsheet I made awhile ago. I cant tell you where exactly I got that info, but most of the info was verified by a second source.http://wes.spilky.com/injectors.xls

maybe I blazed through it too fast, I am using 4600 cc high impedance top feeds off an FC, I actually dont recall if they were off a turbo or NA, they were sitting around and I used them instead of the 370s I had lined up.
