will using a -3an oil fed line, and a restrictor hurt my z31 t3 turbo?

using a -3 an oil feed line with a restrictor, will this alow the turbo to receive enough oil?? or will this cause harm to the turbo? Im asking this because people tell me that a -3an line acts as a restrictor, and there are also other guys that tell me even with a -3an line to use a restricor, becasue the ka motor has a high oil psi. what do you guys think?? I do not want to kill the turbo due to not letting it get enough oil.

Ive used the restrictor for 8k miles with no effect on the turbo, and it has never made a puff of smoke. On the other hand I always here stories of people smoking like a chimney with no restrictor.
