Does anyone know if the TSB documents help solve the problem or does it just tell you about problems and then you have to bring it to dealer?

Does anyone have the ITB07038 for the navigation? My navi froze!

Not this is a fix, but have you tried removing the Nav disc and reinserting it. Maybe remove it, power on the vehicle for a minute, then shut it off and reinstall the disc, and turn back on the car. Just a thought.

Good Luck!

TSB are just addendums to FSM. Things found out after printing and how to diagnose and repair problems not listed in FSM.Download FSM and all TSB and read as part of your automotive education.

Do you think I can fix it myself with the info of TSB?

My car is not under warranty anymore. I do not want take it to the dealer and get charged a big bill and still have the problem still there.

If you have all the tools and test equipment and training of an experienced technican I sure you can. That's what TSB are written for the Nissan workforce. People who work on cars for a living every day.

On a typical repair, parts represent 55-60% of the bill. INET selling dealer parts department like Infiniti of Scottsdale offer 20% discounts to public just as local dealers do to independent shops based on volume.

So no matter what I still have to take it to dealer and just let them know about TSB ITB07038 and they should no what to do?

This sucks! I really hope this will be covered by any existing warranties or I will see a ridiculous bill.

I thought the TSB's are "do it yourself info"

Yea I tried that already and no help. I even removed battery cables and no luck there also.
