I know i should have posted this in the Ka-t forum but i couldn't attach a pic for some reason so.........Lookie at what i finally finished! Think it will work for my 6-8+ psi. Kae? I know it's not "plastic surgeon" quality but i made it myself so.......im happy with it. But will my engine run ok? I still need to weld on a wastegate tube (plus i haven't welded on the mounting plate, its just sitting there for the pic ) Do i need to put the o2 sensor on the manifold /or after turbo? THANKS FOR THE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Think this will help break loose my back tires better?

I may make more if it works for me!

and i thought the stock manifold was bad!

i guess it'll work as long as the piping and welds can withstand the heat/pressure. I wont flow good.

Yeah.... i couldn't upload a pic in ka-t so........yeah. Anyway....... as long as the engine will run smoothish, and my turbo will spool averagely good, it will get my jollies off. Its a trial and error kinda thing. Its not pretty, but atleast if someone asks, "who made that ugly thing", i can smile and say, me. But hey.....whoever says that kids don't do anything in their spare time are dumb

on a 6-8 psi motor it should be ok. Definately not the greatest for flow, but shouldn't give you too much in the way of problems either. It will however have a different lag time from the tubular kit manifolds that most people are using.

i hope your going to create some type of bracket to hold that turbo up, so there is less stress on the manifold

The only problem that I can see is that unles you do some serious deburring you are going to get some crazy hot spots in that thing. I wouldn't expect it to last very long under those conditions. My suggestion is to take a dremel and deburr the entire inside of the mani.

If i did make a bracket, where would i run it?? It is pretty strong, but if there is any other way to strengthen it i would like to see it.
