Will this RB25DET NEO PFC work on my RB25DETS2??

Hi Guys...

I got this power FC (Part number 414AN008) its for an (R34)RB25det NEO. I have been searching for DAYS trying to figure out if this will work and i have come to these conclusions:

*The Cars have the same Sensors*The NEO has a different head and upgraded internals*Some models can be back ported to other cars ie: R33 GTR can work on R33 GTST

I have a stock ECU at the moment and the car will be up and running by this weekend or next week so i havent had a chance to test it myself. The PFC have been on back order for the last Umpteen Months and will be back in stock in 2 weeks luckily but why do that if this one works right?

Any thoughts?

No the neo ecu has a different pin layout.

From my expience with tearing down a vg30dett CAS and a ER34 Rb25det CAS, they are not the same. Just wanted to share for future reference.

Email me if you wanna get rid of that PFC ever.

Edit: Before some noob jumps on my back. vg30dett cas == rb25det s1 cas and possibly s2

IIRC the NEO also has a different ECU plug rendering you unable to even plug it in from the beginning.

If you need a PFC for the R33 RB25DET, let me know... I have one in stock

Yes, the NEO ECU plug is completely different. It actually resembles a S14 KA ECU plug with 3 rows.So, the ECU has to be NEO specific.
