6psi on just about any reasonable turbo on the KA should net you over 200 RWHP.

I do think the 10:1 FMU is higher than necessary though. 7:1 or 8:1 is more than enough. It will still work, but it will run richer until the fuel pump maxes out. And from my experience, the 8:1 is already a bit rich.

thank you. i was so paranoid about starving the stock injectors. do you think the walbro will be okay?

The walbro will be fine. Newer OEM fuel pumps should work fine too. But there will still likely be a drop off in pressure as you get up in RPM's under boost. As I said, with a 8:1 fmu, you'll be rich. Especially as you initially hit max boost. When you max out the fuel pump, flow will drop off some and will lean out as the engine's flow increases with RPM. For up to about 7-8 psi, most FMU setups will do fine. Anything more and you'll want to upgrade to larger injectors and a means of controlling them. If you have the 10:1 already, I say just go with it. But if you have the opportunity to go to a 8:1 or 7:1, I'd probably do that.

thank you once again for all of your help. this next week we're headed to the dyno to see what the initial numbers are. oh the stock fpr do you leave the vacuum line to it still attached or does it matter now that i'm using the fmu?

For at most $350 you could have a S-AFC and some SR 370's and not have to worry. That is not a ton of coin to save up either.

i have an apexi vafc that i got from a co-worker who said just dont use the vtec controller. he used it on his non vtec motor before he went to a b16 and a turbo. now when i go to the sr injectors do i have to get the ecu reflashed or will the afc handle the adjustment?
