It's the arc oil pan for the 350z and g35

Same motor so i'd assume same pan.

I want to do this because it's not that expensive and a 6qt capacity would be nice right?

What do you guys think? Need your opinions if you think it's worth a go or not.

My guess is the front subframe might be different, especially considering you're AWD.

I'd first inspect your stock pan and make sure there's sufficient clearance for a larger-capacity pan. Definitely a smart move if it'll work!

Looking at the parts catalogs, they appear VERY similar, if not identical:

That does look like a nice pan---then you would have turbo oil drains built in for future mods--nice.
The extra capacity would help in cooling and the baffling would help to keep the pickup submerged all the time.

It looks like it would work as the length really does not change, just the width. If it was for the 45 I'd be all over it.

i bought a stillen oil pan for my 07 fx35 awd, like you i figured it was the same motor so it would fit. it doesn't, it looked right so i went through hassle of removing the oil pan only to figure out it wouldn't work.

if you look at the parts lists the part numbers of the upper oil pan and lower oil pan are different for awd and rwd. the upper oil pan has awd components going through it that you can see when you remove the lower oil pan which is why it has a different part number, the lower oil pans look very similar but they are not interchangeable. i know the bolt holes didn't line up right and the shape/size is also a little different.

nice piece...not sure if it matches up...

...BTW, I thought I saw a post of yours on G35 Driver regarding an engine swap (possibly installing an HR engine due to your motor being blown)...did you get a replacement??
