Will this Motor fit the current stock Manual transmission I have now?

yes, you'll need to change the intake, exhaust, oil pan and a few other itmes, I believe zbum has a write up on it

So in theory I could take all that stuff off that old motor I have and slap it on the new one? That wouldn't be to bad. Where do I get ahold of zbum?

here is a link to a write up, pretty simple once you have botm motors in front of you, basically you want to use the chortblock only and swap everything else overhttp://z31.com/repairs/newengine.shtml

Yep, The cams are different for the maxima's/trucks compared to the 300zx. It also depends on wether or not you have a W series or a A/B series VG30e. The 4/87+ Z31's used W series and the maxima's/villager used them after 88.
