I was just wondering if a ca18det turbo manifold would work on my ka24e? It looks like they are pretty much the same engine so please let me know if it will work. Thanks

I'd like to know this too. I've never looked at a ca18det manifold, but i would assume that it doesn't fit.

I have been reseach for turbo manifold for sometime. Never heard anything will fit KA-E block. Even KA-DE and KA-E is different.

z18et manifold will fit, different port shapes, but thats nothing that can't be fixed. VERY rare item.

I'd just have one made instead of trying to frankenstein a CA18 or Z18 manifold on there. Check out HMP performance, they've got a pretty nice EL manifold.

the Z18 manifold bolts right up to the KA24E head. the only modification needed it to clean out the ports so they are round instead of square.

it's not as hard to find as people may think.
