Will this header fit on my s13 ka24de??

I was wondering if anyone knows if it matters if you have an s14 ka24de header on an s13, and a s13 ka24de? Will it fit? This guy doesnt know if this header is an s13 or s14 header, and i want to make sure if i get it that its not too long for my s13 hatch! Heres the link!

It will fit the motor fine. I dont know how well the *ACUTAL* Fitment will be.

Only difference is where the egr pipe goes I believe

EGR looks go to straight = s13 EGR.
Doesnt look like an o2 sensor bung near the bottom like the s14s have, so I'd assume it's for an s13 motor.

What is the EGR?? I know if you cut it out its suppose to give you better power right??

Don't cut it. It's used for emissions. It comes around the back of the block, and plugs into the exhaust manifold. You need it for emissions.

that means its not needed.

Keep the EGR, keeps the combustion temps cooler and allow more spark advance.
