Well, considering it is for a 2003-2007 G35 and you drive a 2009 Altima coupe, I would assume that it would not fit without some sort of modification.
So in short, no. With work pretty much anything can be made to fit.

I was just wondering because im trying to do different things to the car then everyone else does, since the wing fits i figured maybe the roofs were the same too.
