That's a front bumper and will fit any model Z32.

the stock piece and an aftermarket are both bumpercovers, as for "Kits: that woud imply an aftermarket part

and the difference in the turbo and the N/A is that the turbo has holes in the sides to allow air to the intercoolers

How much are they new? It seems like if you try http://www.amzperformance.com or other places you should find some new ones for that price...
